SPIRITUAL DIRECTION

I actually prefer the term "spiritual companioning." In my practice, I sit with others and companion them on their individual spiritual journies.

My practice is truly interfaith in the sense that I sit with people of all faiths, including atheists, those working the 12-steps, as well as those that don't have a specific faith or practice.

I have a Spiritual Direction Certificate from the Chaplaincy Institute of Art & Interfaith Ministry.

I also enjoy a variety of styles of spritual companioning, including creating art together, going on "field trips" into nature and other holy places, as well as dreamwork.
